Theme Description

The theme of “Art of Jazz” refers to the artistically innovative Jazz era in the 1920s and 1930s where Jazz music started to rise along with artworks related to the rise of Jazz. Although there are a lot of prominent artworks that came from this era, our theme of “Art of Jazz” doesn’t only pertain to Jazz art exclusively from the 1920s. Our theme also can include contemporary Jazz art, portraits of famous Jazz artists or musicians, or even artwork that is reminiscent of some artists’ work from the 1920 Jazz era. These are also only a few examples and suggestions of what can be created and what is possible in the “Art of Jazz”.
